WHERE WE’RE AT
Sechelt Council granted Permission to Proceed for our OCP Amendment and Zoning Amendment applications in 2020. Since then, the master plan has evolved in response to new technical studies, public input, and changing municipal and Provincial policy contexts. The next step for the application is consideration by Advisory Planning Commission (APC) in Fall 2024.
